BEHIND-THE-SCENES EXTRAS (page 6)
* "Breath-Holding Blackout" - Primal Instinks selected a warm afternoon where he could relax and demonstrate the maximum prowess of his athletic ability of resisting the urge to breathe all the way until he temporarily lost consciousness, a feat which many believe to not even be physically possible to do on one's own. Scientific studies available for research online have proven that even after reaching this maximum point, there is no danger of causing any short- or long-term damage so long as there is nothing obstructing your airways.
The video begins with Primal, wearing gym shorts, lying on his back on his bed with a camera facing him on his right. As requested, Primal is not wearing a shirt so that the eventual diaphragm contractions he endures can be visible, which occur involuntarily once his brain has detected that the carbon dioxide levels in his body have risen too high as a result of not being exhaled after gradually building up in his lungs. By taking a few minutes to take deep breaths in and out at the beginning of the video, Primal is able to lower the carbon dioxide levels in his body, which enables him to hold his breath for a longer time before his brain can detect what's happening and signal his diaphragm muscle to contract in an effort to force him to breathe. This gives him a better chance to resist the urge to breathe to the very point of causing his brain to temporarily shut down as a last-ditch effort to get vital oxygen to its starving cells. Toward the end of the impressive feat, Primal's diaphragm muscle is pumping madly, his cheeks are repeatedly puffing out, and it looks as though his lungs are ready to burst inside, but he bravely holds on, using his fingers to pinch his nose shut, which he had to begin doing after the 3:30 mark as a result of his body trying so hard to breathe. A timer in the top-right corner indicates how long Primal is able to hold his breath for before losing consciousness, which clocks in at four minutes and fifty-five seconds -- just about five minutes! Immediately after regaining consciousness and awareness fifteen seconds after passing out, Primal decides to show off for the camera by resuming holding his breath for an encore of one minute and thirty seconds more before catching his breath and telling everyone watching that he's alright. * "Air Share Competition: Primal Instinks vs. Lord Rubix and T-Wrex vs. Lord Rubix" - You've seen the breath-holding battles on the channel -- and if you have, you've noticed that the top two contenders for lasting the longest without a breath are Primal Instinks and Lord Rubix. Inspired by these lung-bursting contests, this unique competition offers a different type of oxygen-depriving survival sport.
The rules are simple: the two contenders both hold onto the end of a piece of a pool cleaner hose and sit near each other in chairs. Once someone starts the timer, they use their free hands to pinch each others noses shut then take turns slowly breathing the same breath of air in and out to each other through the hose, which is being used to transfer that breath from one friend's lungs to the other. The challenge is to go back and forth like this for at least two minutes and to go longer if possible for as long as they can endure until one person has to give up. A timer in the top-right corner shows how long the match lasts. As one friend is exhaling, the other is inhaling at the same time, and each friend indicates with a nod when they're finished so they switch from inhaling to exhaling. Both noses are tightly held shut the entire time so as to prevent any breathing out of them. The competition plays out well, and both Primal and Rubix hold out and endure it all the way until the two minute mark, where Primal, who had been noticeably struggling to continue near the end, finally gives up after completing the two-minute challenge. After it's over, the two friends take a moment to catch their breath on camera then shake hands and the winner is congratulated. They had decided beforehand that the winner of this contest would have to challenge T-Wrex next in another video, and that's exactly what you get to see next. Wrex ends up being the champion in the end! Length: 6:55 |

* "Sagging Shorts Sleeper 2" (feat. T-Wrex) - It's a rematch to the original Sagging Shorts Sleeper where both fighters wear sagging, oversized shorts that they have to try to keep from falling off while they wrestle each other indoors.
Primal Instinks and T-Wrex exchange words at the introduction, and this quickly turns into a wrestling match between the two. After grappling for a while, Wrex gets Primal on the ground and applies an arm bar to him. Primal manages to escape, but his legs are grabbed by Wrex and he's put into a Boston crab hold for a while, which turns into Wrex pulling Primal by the legs and causing him to walk backwards on his hands like he's a human wheelbarrow. Wrex further demonstrates his size advantage over Primal by curling his body inward as he lays on his side on the floor. The match has been pretty one-sided since the start with Wrex clearly having the weight advantage and upper hand. Suddenly, Primal surprises Wrex with a standing choke-hold from behind. Primal locks the hold in under Wrex's chin and he's unable to break free. Wrex leans forward, lifting Primal's body off the ground as he keeps his grip with the choke-hold, and spins around a little, but Primal is able to maintain his tight grip. Unable to break free, Wrex's arms drop to his sides and his eyes close as if he fainted, and Primal drops his limp body to the ground. Primal pulls Wrex's shirt off as he lies motionless on his back then places one of his feet on his chest in victory. Primal taunts the fallen wrestler and the sagging shorts he's wearing, which are hanging way below his waist level. He rolls Wrex over from his back onto his stomach. As a finishing move, Primal walks off camera and grabs a roll of duct tape then returns to Wrex's body with it. He ties Wrex's ankles together, then his wrists together, and then uses the tape to go from his ankles to his wrists, tying his motionless body in hogtie fashion. Primal laughs as T-Wrex continues lying there with his eyes closed, and he rolls Wrex's body slightly over so the camera can get a closer view of him. Primal jumps up and down victoriously, saying "I win!" several times until his sagging shorts comically drop to his ankles, then the video ends. Length: 7:26 |

* "Sloth Stinkfoot Bully" (feat. T-Wrex & Lord Rubix) - We know what you're thinking: a new commission starring Sloth? The same Sloth who's appeared on the channel since the beginning, but is so busy in life being a father that you hardly to get to see him on camera anymore? That's right!
Sloth's returning role is to star as the bully in the recurring Stinkfoot Bully series, which revolves around Primal Instinks being picked on by his friends after they watched his shoe-smelling comedy skits. Just like T-Wrex, Lord Rubix, and Staggz before him, Sloth is going to give Primal a hard time for filming those videos and make him smell his shoes, socks, and feet in an effort to pick on him about it. Sloth isn't alone, though; T-Wrex is also in the scene to assist in teasing his friend while Sloth attacks his olfactory senses with his foot odor, and Lord Rubix is also present filming the scenario. Primal's sitting on the couch and T-Wrex and Sloth are standing next to him on either side. Primal nervously greets his friends as they tower over him with mischievous smirks on their faces. Sloth mentions he recently watched Primal's My Strange Addiction parodies where he smells his friends' shoes on camera and soapboxes about it, and he asks Primal if that was satire or real. Primal replies it was just a joke filmed for fun, but Sloth says the acting in it seemed too genuine. Primal denies that he actually enjoys smelling other peoples' shoes. Sloth, who's wearing his shoes without socks, pulls one of his shoes off and sets it on the couch next to Primal. Sloth asks him what he'd do with that shoe if he just left it there. Primal eyes the shoe, but doesn't go for it, so Sloth picks it up and holds it under Primal's nose. Primal closes his eyes and gives the shoe a deep whiff, then pulls away and claims it smells bad. Sloth isn't convinced he's being truthful so he pulls his other shoe off and lets Primal smell it as well, saying he bets that Primal's such a shoe-smelling connoisseur that he could tell which shoe was the left or right shoe just by smelling it -- and then comically follows up by saying that when it comes to Primal, every shoe is the right shoe! Wrex laughs and adds to the playful teasing of his friend. Sloth steps it up by pulling out a dirty pair of white socks from his pocket that he brought over, which are the socks he wore the day before. He drapes them over Primal's shoulders so they'd be near his nose. Primal leaves the socks where they are, resulting in Wrex grabbing one and pressing it horizontally against his nose and holding it in place. Sloth grabs the other sock and holds it vertically over the first sock against Primal's nostrils, giving Primal's sense of smell a double-whammy attack. After Primal eventually shakes the socks off his face, Wrex presses the inside of both of Sloth's shoes over Primal's nose forcing him to smell them and laughs about it. Primal continues to deny he enjoys any of these activities and asks the two to stop picking on him but his friends aren't finished yet. Wrex picks Primal up and sets him on his back on the floor in front of the couch, and then Wrex and Sloth sit down on the couch above him. The two friends double-team Primal by putting their feet on his face and pressing the bottom of them against his nose, and they also hold Sloth's socks and shoes under his nose as well, so he has to smell all of it at once. Primal wriggles on the ground and endures the bullying while his friends laugh at him. When they finally grow bored of picking on him, T-Wrex and Sloth get up from the couch and leave Primal lying on the floor, throwing one of Sloth's socks on his face and leaving it there before walking off camera. * "Stinkpit Scuffle" (feat. T-Wrex & Lord Rubix) - This wacky wrestling match centers around the Stinkpit Sleeper finishing move included in one of the comedy skits of the same name on the channel.
The contenders are Primal Instinks, T-Wrex, and Lord Rubix, but only two friends wrestle at a time while the third films from the side. After a while of wrestling, one friend tags in the other and films in their place, and this happens throughout the video so that every friend gets to wrestle each friend for a while at least once. While grappling and performing usual submission holds against each other, all three also utilize the stinkpit sleeper, which is a parody of WWE wrestler Rikishi's Stinkface move -- but instead of using the buttocks against the opponent's face, the three friends headlock each other into their undeodorized armpit as a specialty attack! After an entertaining introduction, the match begins pitting Primal against Wrex. Wrex grabs Primal by the throat with one hand then lifts him up by his side and carries him around the grass for a while. While still in the air, he locks Primal's head under his arm so it's in his armpit and spins him around in a circle a few times before dropping Primal's body to the ground. Primal retaliates with a clothesline, which turns into a rear choke-hold. After taking him down, Primal stomps Wrex's head into the ground, causing him to literally eat grass and spit it out. Wrex rises again and puts Primal in a full-on Stinkpit Sleeper hold, immobilizing him for a while until he can eventually break free. After this, Wrex tags in Rubix so he can get a taste of the action. Rubix rushes Primal and takes him down to the ground using a Stinkpit Sleeper of his own against him as he lays on his back on the grass. While he's got him on the ground, Rubix adds to the attack by tickling Primal's sides with his free hand, causing Primal to laugh and struggle to break free. Once he finally does, Primal tackles Rubix to the ground and returns the favor by applying a stinkpit attack of his own. Rubix reverses the hold and hits Primal with another stinkpit while arching Primal's back in a back-breaker move at the same time. Feeling bested, Primal tags Wrex back in to take on Rubix. Wrex comes in with a charge, lifting Rubix's body and carrying him so that his knees are on Wrex's shoulders and his head is facing the ground. Wrex lowers Rubix to the ground and puts him in a rear choke-hold for a while then turns the choke into a Stinkpit Sleeper. He winds up finishing him with a back-breaker. Rubix lies lifeless on the ground, defeated. Wrex celebrates his victory, then falls over himself from exhaustion. Primal, who's still filming at this point, runs up to both Rubix and Wrex and stomps both of their bodies while they're down to claim the victory for himself. Length: 6:26 |

* "Lord Rubix Couch Foot Bully 2" (feat. T-Wrex) - This is another episode in the Couch Foot Bully series, and the sequel to the original Lord Rubix Couch Foot Bully. Rubix reprises the bully role and T-Wrex again plays the role of the guy getting picked on who's too weak inside to fight back against the teasing. Primal Instinks fills in as cameraman.
The scene opens on the familiar couch where Rubix and Wrex are both sitting. Rubix looks over at him and wastes no time picking on him by laying back against the side of the couch and kicking at Wrex's face with his feet. Wrex, aware that he's being picked on once more, groans and asks Rubix why he always does this to him, but the only answer he gets is more stomps to his face. Rubix calls Wrex names and makes jokes at his expense as he continues putting his feet on his face. He points his cellphone at him and informs Wrex that he's filming what's happening so he can post it all over social media in an effort to further embarrass him. Wrex expresses his disapproval of all of this, but the character he's playing is too weak to actually stand up and put a stop to any of it. Rubix uses the bottom of his feet to cover Wrex's mouth, and he also uses his long toes to press Wrex's cheeks together and pinch his nose shut, all in an effort to bully him. He lightly stomps on Wrex's face, head, and chest, and Wrex is unable to do anything more than sit on the couch and unhappily let it happen. Six minutes into the bullying, Rubix grabs T-Wrex and throws him off the couch and onto the hard floor in front of it, laying Wrex on his back. Rubix then sits on the couch so his body is positioned directly over Wrex's, giving him a good vantage point to continue stepping on his face and chest with his feet as he lays under him. He continues to taunt him and film the bullying with his cellphone, and Wrex tries to turn away and object to the treatment he's receiving but it doesn't slow it down at all. Growing bored of picking on him, Rubix uses his final minute of bullying to get up from the couch and sit on Wrex while he's lying on the floor, pinning his arms down and continuing to bully him with his feet. Eventually Rubix firmly presses both of his feet against Wrex's face and holds them there for a while until Wrex stops struggling and presumably faints. Rubix, satisfied with this outcome, gets up off the motionless T-Wrex, pretends to teabag him, then walks away from him, ending the scene. Length: 10:16 |

* "Primal Instinks' Insignificant Snack" - This video is a first-person, virtual simulation of you getting shrunken down to tiny size, entering and exploring the lair of Primal Instinks, and becoming a meal to him.
The scene opens with you standing at normal height, right in front of the door of the bedroom Primal is in. Suddenly, with an accompanying sound effect, you slowly shrink down to miniature size so the carpet is now in front of your field of vision. You look up and around in confusion, then proceed to enter Primal's lair. You hop into the room and observe everything on the floor around you from your tiny, first-person vantage point. You're surprised to see Primal on the other side of a chair, appearing giant in size compared to you, sitting on the floor near the wall in his boxers and untangling some computer cords. Frozen in fear, you motionlessly watch Primal , hoping he doesn't see you. At first he doesn't notice, as he works to untangle wires and sips from a coffee cup on the desk in front of him. Once the wires are free, he draws his feet in and stands up, turns toward you, and begins walking in your direction. The sound of giant footsteps accompanies each step he takes, and they get louder as he gets closer to where you're frozen on the floor in front of him. The final step Primal takes is so close that the side of his foot makes light contact with your body. At this point, Primal is now aware something small is on the floor in front of him, and he slowly bends down and looks right at you with an angered look on his face. Before you can even move or react at all, Primal's hand quickly reaches down and snatches you from the floor. The next thing you know, you're being slowly raised up from the floor, panning Primal's giant body in your first-person field of view in the process. Once you reach the level of Primal's face, he holds you there, grinning evilly at you. He taunts you for your tiny size and asks you if you really thought you'd get away with sneaking into the room without becoming a small, insignificant snack to him. Primal pokes at you with his finger, burps at you, and even tastes you, passing his tongue right over your field of vision. Though he insults you for saying you're tiny and you taste bad, he still mentions he'll be eating you soon. Eventually, Primal decides it's time to stop playing with his food, and he raises you up one final time with his mouth wide open. He slowly brings you in until the inside of his mouth and back of his throat are directly in your field of view. As his mouth closes with a clack of his teeth, your vision suddenly goes completely black, and the last thing you hear is a loud, audible gulp as you're swallowed by him. The outro shows a third-person view of Primal rubbing his stomach in satisfaction and saying "delicious!," and the scene fades out to an end. A short bonus outtake plays after this of Primal unleashing a very loud, drawn-out burp directly into the camera. Length: 5:57 |

* "Relax and Rebagation" (feat. T-Wrex & Lord Rubix) - Ah, some nice rest and relaxation at home -- that's what T-Wrex is trying to get during this video, but unfortunately for him it's about to slowly but surely become less relaxing and impossible to rest as time goes by.
T-Wrex is laying back in a chair, lounging in his underwear. He's looking a little too relaxed with his arms behind his head, so Primal Instinks uses a pair of handcuffs to secure his wrists together. Lord Rubix is sitting on the bed beside the chair Wrex is sitting in filming the scene from a side view, and a webcam on the desk in front of chair is filming a front view of Wrex. The tightness of the handcuffs interrupts Wrex's relaxation, but that's nothing compared to what happens next. Primal pulls out a transparent plastic bag and places it over Wrex's head and uses a large rubber band to secure it in place around his neck. At this point, it's up to Wrex to continue trying to lay back and relax in this position as long as he comfortably can. After remaining completely calm for four minutes in this scenario, it's decided that the plastic bag, already sealed with one rubber band, could use another rubber band around it to seal it even tighter. Primal retrieves a second rubber band and secures it around Wrex's neck over the first one, and this makes a noticeable difference as far as breathing in the bag goes. Wrex tries turning his head from side to side, looking for air pockets in the bag, but it's clear by the mistiness of the bag and how small it's getting that he won't be relaxing for much longer! It finally reaches a point where Wrex is breathing heavily against the bag and stomping his feet on the floor. He still manages to keep his arms held behind his head, but once his relaxation turns to panic, he's forced to verbally give up. Primal only removes one of the rubber bands from around Wrex's neck, leaving the other one in place, and this causes Wrex to cry out for the bag to be taken off of his head. Primal grabs the second rubber band and pulls it up, then lifts the bag off of Wrex's head so he can breathe again. As he catches his breath and recovers from the bagging, Wrex returns to resting and relaxing on the chair, and Primal and Rubix film a funny outro together with him to end the scene. Length: 10:29 |

* "Rat-Man Squeaks for Air" (feat. T-Wrex & Lord Rubix) - Primal Instinks, whose punk persona is a rat, becomes an actual rat-man in this scenario when he puts a rubber rat mask on over his head. Now, instead of enduring a bagging the traditional way he normally would, he's going to have to see how long he can hold out while being bagged with the rat mask on!
The only air holes the mask has are two small slits under the eyes, so the mask is already difficult to breathe out of as it is. A webcam is filming Primal from the front as he sits in a chair, and T-Wrex is filming a side angle from the bed next to him. Lord Rubix handcuffs Primal's wrists together in front of him then throws a transparent plastic bag over Primal's head and uses his hands to hold it in place. There's enough air in the bag so Primal can hold out as long as he comfortably can in this situation; a situation which is more challenging than usual, as he can hardly see out of the mask or breathe that well with it on. As the camera switches between both front and side views, Wrex and Rubix banter about Primal's situation and make rat-themed jokes at his expense. As time goes by, the bag around Primal's head gets smaller and smaller, and the nose part of the rat mask begins drawing in and out like the rubber air bag on a gas mask. The bag also gets noticeably moist from how long Primal's been breathing in and out of it for. Primal eventually reaches the point where he's stomping his feet, writhing in the chair, and turning his head from side to side in a vain attempt to breathe inside the bag that Rubix is holding tightly behind him. He finally gives up by saying "squeak, squeak" like a panicked rat. Rubix removes the bag from his head, but leaves the rat mask on. The mask, full of re-breathed air, proves to be even more difficult to breathe through than usual as Primal struggles to heavily breathe in and out with it over his head. Before they remove the rat mask, Wrex and Rubix both use their hands to seal off the air holes in it, causing Primal to try even harder to breathe through it when he hasn't even had a chance to catch his breath from the bagging yet. The two friends maintain their grip for a while as Primal is forced to sit and endure it. Finally the mask is removed, and Rubix throws the bag over Primal's head one final time as an outro, pulling it as tightly as it can go and laughing at Primal's face against the plastic before giving him a break to catch his breath. * "Double Bite-Sized Buddy" (feat. T-Wrex & Lord Rubix) - This is another episode in the Bite-sized Buddy series where one person plays the role of a hungry giant and the camera's first-person perspective represents what it's like for a tiny person to wind up being captured and eventually eaten by them. This episode is the first to include two giants working together to consume the small snack.
The scene opens with the first-person perspective of the tiny person, who's hiding underneath a chair that a giant is sitting on. Primal Instinks provides a high-pitched voice-over for the tiny person, who's glancing out at the giant feet on the floor in front of him, hoping against hope that he won't be discovered. Unfortunately for him, a giant hand suddenly reaches under the couch, grabs him, and lifts him up off the ground. The camera's view raises up as it's lifted until it reveals the faces of T-Wrex and Lord Rubix, who are sitting together on the chair that the tiny Primal was attempting to hide under. The two friends mock Primal for his tiny size and begin poking at him and swinging him around. When Wrex accidentally drops him, he decides to pick him back up using his feet, and the camera's first-person view shows the feet on either side as it's lifted back up and held in front of the two giants' faces for more taunting. While held by Wrex's feet, Primal's voice struggles and complains about the pain of being crushed and repeatedly asks to be put down. The giants appear to not even hear him as they continue laughing at his futile efforts to escape and begin debating on eating him as well. Wrex passes tiny Primal over to Rubix, who likewise grips him using his feet. After a while, Rubix ends up setting him down for a moment, only to use one of his toes to poke Primal, then uses one of his feet to repeatedly stomp at his face, resulting in Primal's tiny voice to cry out in pain and fear. Wrex, retrieving Primal for himself again, decides he's done playing with his food and licks it in an effort to taste it. He bites at it a few times then puts it into his open mouth, with the camera's first-person view fading to black as his mouth closes and Primal's voice crying out in fear. The camera switches to a third-person view of tiny Primal punching at Wrex's cheeks from within in an effort to escape, with his voice becoming muffled as a result. Wrex spits Primal out after a while, and the view switches to Primal's as he crash-lands onto the floor with a yell. Rubix snatches Primal off the ground and places him into his mouth next, and after a fight to escape that's shown from third-person view, he successfully swallows the tiny snack, who's final scream fades out as he travels down to his stomach. Rubix sighs and rubs his stomach in satisfaction, and the two giant friends smile about the fun they had together. Length: 5:55 |

* "Primal Instinks Tied and Tickled 2" (feat. T-Wrex & Lord Rubix) - Primal Instinks is sitting on the couch with Lord Rubix filming from a front angle. T-Wrex runs in and shoves Primal onto his stomach on the couch, then uses unbreakable twine to tie Primal's wrists together behind his back. As Primal objects and tries to wriggle free, Wrex ties his ankles together next so he's now in no position to escape.
Wrex sits on the couch facing Primal and uses both of his hands to tickle Primal's sides, resulting in uncontrollable laughter and wriggling. After comically exploiting this vulnerability for a while, Wrex moves on to Primal's feet, which are raised in the air and tied together at the ankles by the twine. Wrex tickles the bottoms of Primal's feet, which results in more laughter. Wrex continues trading off tickling Primal in the sides, abdomen, and feet, while Primal helplessly struggles against the tickle attack. At one point, Wrex throws the blanket on the couch over Primal's face so he can no longer see and continues tickling him. When Primal manages to free his face from the blanket, Wrex clamps one of his hands over Primal's mouth so his laughter is now muffled. Wrex uses his hand to cover both Primal's nose and mouth after that as he continues tickling him so Primal can no longer breathe for a while as he's uncontrollably laughing. Wrex switches things up by sitting on the couch and uses his toes instead of his fingers to tickle Primal's sides. He also uses his heels to dig into Primal's sides, which, according to Primal's response, seems to both tickle and hurt at the same time! Wrex playfully stomps Primal's face and head as he's tied up on the couch along with the toe-tickling. Wrex sits on the top of the couch and plants both his feet on Primal's face after Primal had managed to roll over onto his back, then stomps them against his face for a while. He uses his toes to pinch Primal's nose shut and presses the instep of his foot against his mouth while he uses his hand to tickle Primal's sides until Primal eventually manages to wriggle free of the foot's grip. The final part of the tickle bullying happens when Wrex lifts Primal's body up to a sitting position on the couch and begins tickling his sides using his fingers and toes for a while. Wrex covers Primal's mouth during the duration of some of this tickling and even playfully strangles him. This goes on until Primal falls over onto his side from the fits of laughter and pretends to faint, signaling his defeat from Wrex's tickle attack. Length: 7:17 |

* "Lord Rubix's Airbag Apparatus" (feat. T-Wrex) - Those of you who've been watching all of the plastic bag-themed extras are likely noticing a recurring detail: Lord Rubix is always cast in the role of the friend who bags and wraps the other friends, but is never the one who gets bagged. The reason for this is that Rubix gets very claustrophobic in the position and is unable to last very long with a bag over his head without giving up.
This creative contest offers a simple solution to solve his fears: Instead of a transparent bag being placed over Rubix's head, the bag is tightly secured to the end of a hose with rubber bands. Rubix, who's sitting in a chair with his wrists handcuffed together behind his back, must breathe in and out through the hose as long as he comfortably can without giving up, with all of the air he breathes being recycled through the plastic bag on the other end of the hose, losing more and more oxygen with each breath he takes. T-Wrex, who's standing behind Rubix, uses one of his hands to hold the other end of the hose against Rubix's mouth so he can breathe through it, and uses the fingers of his other hand to pinch Rubix's nose shut so his breathing is restricted to the hose. Primal Instinks films the entire scene, capturing front and side views of Rubix as he tries to stay calm and take slow, deep breaths in an effort to make it as long as he can without giving up. Primal and Wrex banter throughout the duration of the scenario, offering a mixture of jokes and words of encouragement to Rubix as he gives it his best attempt. With the inhibition of claustrophobia removed, Rubix is able to hold out for an impressive amount of time while re-breathing the same breath over and over through the hose and plastic bag. It becomes evident when he's close to giving up once his eyes squeeze shut, his breathing becomes faster and heavier, and he begins stomping his feet and curling his toes in response to the feeling of the air he's breathing turning completely from oxygen to carbon dioxide. Once he's finally had enough, Rubix verbally gives up, but Wrex makes him endure a few more seconds before he lets go. Rubix goes to catch his breath, but before he can, Wrex pinches his nose shut and holds the hose against his mouth again, causing him to continue breathing the same oxygen-free air again for a while. Rubix immediately begins stomping and struggling in response and quickly gives up again, and this time Wrex actually lets him catch his breath with a laugh. The handcuffs are removed and Rubix is asked by T-Wrex to describe the experience of what he just endured to the camera. Primal follows by congratulating Rubix for his impressive personal record. * "T-Wrex's Airbag Apparatus" (feat. Lord Rubix) - After Lord Rubix's attempt, it's T-Wrex's turn to endure the Airbag Apparatus contest next!
The scene opens with Rubix handcuffing Wrex's wrists together behind his back while he's seated in a chair on the patio. On the ground in front of them is a hollow piece of hose with a transparent plastic bag tightly secured to one end with rubber bands. While in this position, Wrex must breathe in and out through the hose as long as he comfortably can without giving up, with all of the air he breathes being recycled through the plastic bag on the other end of the hose, losing more and more oxygen with each breath he takes. Rubix, who's standing behind Wrex, uses one of his hands to hold the other end of the hose against Wrex's mouth so he can breathe through it, and uses the fingers of his other hand to pinch Wrex's nose shut so his only breathing is restricted to the hose. Primal Instinks films the entire scene, capturing front and side views of Wrex as he tries to stay calm and take slow, deep breaths in an effort to make it as long as he can without giving up. Primal and Rubix banter throughout the duration of the scenario, offering a mixture of jokes and words of encouragement to Wrex as he gives it his best attempt. Rubix ended up holding out for an impressive amount of time during his attempt, but Wrex was able to last an entire minute longer than Rubix was, even though there a time when Primal lifted the plastic bag up for a close-up and accidentally pressed it against the end of hose, temporarily preventing Wrex from breathing at all! The challenging factor became evident once it reached a point where Wrex began stomping his feet against the floor and squeezing his eyes shut in response to the oxygen he's breathing turning more and more into carbon dioxide. Once Wrex finally verbally gives up, Rubix removes the hose from Wrex's mouth so he can breathe fresh air again, but only for a few seconds. Rubix quickly makes Wrex endure it again for a while until Wrex gives up a second time, and this ends the contest. Length: 6:17 |

* "Black Sock Back Walk: Primal Instinks vs. T-Wrex" - This silly, supposed-to-be-soothing scenario features Primal Instinks and T-Wrex attempting to give each other back-walk massages while wearing black socks. The camera is set at a fixed angle which shows the full bodies of both friends from a side view for the entire video.
Primal, who weighs 140 pounds, gets to be the masseuse first to the 170-pound T-Wrex. As Wrex lies on the floor on his stomach, Primal steps onto his back, using the wall as a guide so he doesn't fall off. Primal begins walking back and forth on Wrex's back as he lies still on the floor. Primal banters like someone issuing another person a massage would, noting that he feels a few knots in Wrex's back that he's going to attempt to take care of using his body weight and feet. Primal's back-walking goes on for a few minutes, and at one point he comically steps onto Wrex's buttocks for a moment before returning to his back. Once Wrex's session is complete, Primal changes shirts on camera so that the black color of his previous shirt doesn't blend in with the black color of Wrex's socks. Wrex playfully kicks Primal to the ground, where he lands on his stomach. Wrex then steps onto Primal's back, likewise using the wall as a guide so he doesn't fall. Weighing thirty pounds more than Primal, the massage Wrex issues isn't exactly very comforting! Wrex manages to walks across Primal's back for a few minutes, despite Primal groaning in pain as a result of being crushed under the weight. Primal comically notes that a back-walking massage like this would likely be enjoyed by someone smaller and lighter than him as opposed to someone heavier! Once Primal's session ends and he rolls over onto his back, Wrex steps on his face before he can stand up, then places one of his feet on Primal's chest in a victorious pose. Primal pretends to faint in defeat and Wrex runs off camera toward one of the bedrooms, ending the scene. Length: 6:16 |

* "Primal-Rubix Team Couch Foot Bully" (feat. T-Wrex & Lord Rubix) - This episode serves as somewhat of a sequel to "Couch Foot Bully's Friend" with some of the roles reversed. In that scenario, Primal Instinks invited his friend Lord Rubix over to help him pick on T-Wrex, but in this scenario it's Rubix who introduces Wrex to Primal as a person the two of them can team up on for mean fun.
This scenario uses one camera angle which is positioned directly in front of the couch where the taunting takes place. It opens with Wrex sitting on the floor in the front of the couch, with Primal and Rubix seated on the couch behind him. Primal and Rubix immediately begin making fun of Wrex by calling him weird and saying he isn't allowed to sit on the couch with them, stating the floor is where he belongs. Rubix, who's sitting with one leg crossed over the other with an ankle resting on a knee, ups the bullying by pressing the bottom of his foot against Wrex's face. Rubix explains to his perplexed friend Primal that Wrex is a powerless target against this type of teasing and he invites him to observe it as proof. As Primal watches in disturbed awe, Rubix repeatedly presses his foot against Wrex's face, then uses both feet at the same time to pick on Wrex by doing things like combing his hair, pinching his nose, covering his mouth, and cupping both feet over his nose so he has to smell them. Wrex's character is too weak inside to fight back, so he politely asks for it to stop. At first Primal only points and laughs and pulls out his cell phone to take a few photos and record a short video of the bullying he's watching Wrex endure, but after a few minutes, he joins in himself. T-Wrex is now being double-teamed by Primal and Rubix, who are both using their feet to stomp at his face and head. Wrex continues to sit on the floor, meekly asking the two to stop, but this of course only encourages the bullies to continue. About five minutes into it, Rubix gets up and grabs Wrex by the arm then pulls him onto the floor right under the couch so that he's now lying on his back beneath them. Wrex asks if he can sit on the couch, and he's met with a swift "no!" in response, as well as a continued double-team bullying from the two. With a better vantage point, they're now able to step on Wrex even more and also do things like rub their feet under his shirt and stomp his abdomen. At some point, Primal gets up from the couch and sits on Wrex's stomach as he lies on the floor. Primal pins Wrex's arms down with his hands and positions both his feet at Wrex's head, rubbing them against his face, pinching his nose using his toes, and pressing both feet against his nose and mouth to prevent him from breathing. Wrex struggles to free himself but he's unable to do so, which only amuses the two bullies even more. After Primal gets up from sitting on Wrex, Rubix decides to give it a shot next. He sits on Wrex the same way and does much of the same to him for a while. Finally, after ten minutes of non-stop verbal and physical bullying, T-Wrex powerlessly goes completely still on the floor with his eyes closed. The two friends notice this and declare Wrex to be "over-feeted," which is a pun that suggests that like an overheated car, Wrex has shut down from being foot-bullied too much. Primal and Rubix walk away laughing, leaving Wrex lying motionless on the floor by himself. Length: 10:24 |

* "Duo Bite-Sized Buddy" (feat. T-Wrex & Lord Rubix) - This episode of the Bite-sized Buddy series is similar to the Double Bite-sized Buddy scenario but changes the roles a little. This time, it's Primal Instinks and T-Wrex playing the hungry giant roles and Lord Rubix provides the voice-over for the tiny person they're after.
The video begins in a first-person perspective of a tiny person hiding under a comfy chair. The voices of Primal and Wrex, who are sitting on the chair above, can be heard calling out to the tiny person, trying to find them. Rubix, providing a voice-over for the tiny person in hiding, feebly talks to himself out loud, hoping against hope that he won't be discovered. Suddenly a hand reaches down and grabs Rubix, lifting him off the ground and raising him up in front of the two giants. The first-person view shows their grinning faces as they laugh at his attempt to hide from them and mock his tiny size. They poke him, call him names, then decide they want to have a little fun with him before turning him into a bite-sized snack. Primal and Wrex take turns placing the tiny Rubix between their feet and poking at him with their toes. Rubix's voice groans, saying he's being crushed against their feet while they hold him in front of them. At one point during this part, Primal leans in and lets out a loud, long burp, which frightens the tiny Rubix. Once they're done playing with their tiny snack, the two friends hold him up near their faces and debate out loud what he must taste like. As the tiny voice objects, the two giants take turns licking him, with the first-person view showing their tongues slowing passing over his body, and they both agree he tastes pretty bland. Unfortunately for Rubix, they still plan on eating him anyway! As Rubix's voice cries out in fear, Wrex places him into his mouth, with the first-person view fading to black as his mouth closes. The camera then switches to a third-person view of Wrex as he fights to keep the tiny Rubix from escaping from the inside of his mouth. Wrex's cheeks keep puffing out as if a tiny man is punching at them from the inside in an effort to escape, and this goes on for a little while. Eventually, Primal decides to finish the job himself, so he reaches inside T-Wrex's mouth. He pulls the tiny Rubix out and quickly places him into his own mouth and the battle from within begins again. Just like while in Wrex's mouth, Rubix's muffled voice can be faintly heard as he fights to escape, but Primal eventually succeeds and swallows him. As Rubix's final cry fades out, Primal rubs his stomach in satisfaction and Wrex gives the stomach a good punch in order to ensure the snack will be able to properly digest inside of it. The video ends with a funny double-team tickling scene of T-Wrex and a regular-sized Rubix targeting Primal while all three friends sit on the one-seater couch together. Length: 7:42 |

* "Trunked" (feat. Sloth) - This time it's Primal Instinks' turn to give the Airbag Apparatus contest a shot, and making sure he pushes it to the very limit is his friend Sloth. Unfortunately for Primal though, the hose had the tiniest air leak in it, so it turned out to be a much more drawn-out experience than expected!
Primal is sitting in a chair with Sloth standing behind him. Primal secures a nose clip over his nose, sealing his nostrils shut. He puts his arms behind his back so Sloth can handcuff his wrists together next. This ensures that Primal won't be able to breathe out of his nose or use his arms during the challenge he's about to endure. Sloth raises a piece of hollow hose which has a plastic bag sealed to one end using rubber bands and presses the other end of the hose against Primal's mouth so he's now forced to breathe through it. Primal now has to sit and endure breathing the same recycled air through the hose and plastic bag as long as he comfortably can before giving up. Due to a tiny, accidental air leak which was a result of the plastic bag not being tightly secured enough around the end of the hose, Primal wound up surviving in this situation for over twenty minutes! As a result of the unexpected length of the scene, the beginning of the breathing through the bag is fast-forwarded in order to trim the length of the video. Of course the best parts are played at normal speed, where you can see Primal squirming in the chair, kicking his legs, and squeezing his eyes shut in response to the oxygen he's breathing in the bag becoming carbon dioxide. You can see how moist the plastic bag becomes after a while as it inflates and deflates with each breath he takes, and you can hear Primal's breathing become quicker and heavier as he struggles to find oxygen. Toward the end, Primal even sounds like he's almost snoring as he tries to breathe, indicating he's on the verge of passing out, but when this happens, Sloth simply presses the end of the hose even tighter against his mouth to ensure he doesn't get any fresh air until the time is right. When Primal finally verbally gives up, Sloth slowly counts down from ten to zero before removing the hose from his mouth. Afterward, we get to see Primal catch his breath as he mentions the headache he now has, and Sloth laughs about how Primal's lips had turned pale and how wet the inside of the bag is. The two friends then high-five each other and pose for the camera before the video fades out. Length: 13:20 |

* "Tuna Kan Kel's First Bagging" (feat. T-Wrex) - Step right up and witness a first-timer give the plastic bag contest a shot! Tuna Kan Kel, who you'll recognize as being featured friend in the Double Duo Stompdown from the channel (the most-viewed stompdown video to date), returns to take on some of the commissioned challenges.
The scene uses two camera angles synced together at the same time which switch between each other at the right moments. A webcam films from a still front view while Primal Instinks films from a side view. Plenty of entertaining banter is included throughout the duration of the video. Tuna Kan Kel is sitting shirtless in a comfy chair, and he's introduced to the audience by Primal and T-Wrex. Kel places his arms behind his back, and Wrex, who's standing behind him and the chair, uses a pair of handcuffs to secure his wrists together behind him so he can't use his arms. Wrex places a transparent plastic bag over Kel's head and holds it tightly behind his neck, and the timer begins of how long Kel can comfortably survive this daredevil situation. Kel ends up lasting three and a half minutes in the bag, which is impressive for a first try. The camera captures the moments it gets difficult, showing the bag beginning to get stuck against his nose and mouth, his appropriate expressions as a a result of it, and his continuous, failed attempts to move his head around and push the bag away with his tongue, until he finally reaches the point where he has to verbally give up. Instead of immediately letting go, Wrex slowly counts down from ten to zero before removing the bag from Kel's head, making him endure it for just a little longer in order to get the full-on experience of what this contest entails. By sticking to it until the prolonged end, Kel proves he has what it takes and commits to returning for more. He also gets to have his revenge on both Primal and T-Wrex, which are included in the extras below! Length: 4:30 |

* "Tuna Kan Kel Bags His First" (feat. T-Wrex) - Before he endured his own first bagging, Tuna Kan Kel had a chance to bag Primal Instinks to see what it was like to experience the contest and get an idea of just how long a person can survive in this scenario. Primal, as always, was determined to show Kel and the camera what he was made of, and he wound up doing just that in this thrilling, behind-the-scenes extra.
The scene uses two camera angles synced together at the same time which switch between each other at the right moments. A webcam films from a still front view while T-Wrex films from a side view. Plenty of entertaining banter is included throughout the duration of the video. Primal is sitting shirtless in a comfy chair and a comedic introduction is given where Primal compares himself to the stuntmen from Jackass. Primal places his arms behind his back and Tuna Kan Kel, who's standing behind him, uses a pair of handcuffs to secure his wrists together behind him so he can't use his arms. Kel places a transparent plastic bag over Primal's head and holds it tightly behind his neck and the timer begins of how long Primal can comfortably survive this daredevil situation. Primal winds up lasting three minutes and forty-five seconds in the bag and endured quite a struggle toward the end. His feet begin stomping on the floor, his head begins thrashing around, the moist bag begins sticking to his nose and mouth, his eyes squeeze shut as his face shows expressions of fear, and he even begins groaning in response to breathing basically nothing but carbon dioxide for a while. As he nears his breaking point, he finally verbally gives up, but despite his clear need for fresh air, Kel isn't ready to give him any yet. As he smiles, amused by Primal's helpless struggle, Kel waits until he slowly counts down from ten to zero before removing the bag from Primal's head, having to use two hands to hold it tight at one point because of how much Primal is struggling to breathe through it. As Primal catches his breath afterward, you get a glimpse of how blue his lips are from how close he came to passing out. Maybe next time he needs to count down from twenty to zero! Length: 6:12 |

* "Tuna Kan Kel Bags Another" (feat. T-Wrex) - The third bagging contest filmed that day allowed Tuna Kan Kel to enact his revenge on T-Wrex for bagging him his first time ever. Seeing how Wrex ended up lasting in the bag for five and a half minutes during this round, we'd say Kel certainly got his revenge, then some!
Like the two related scenarios above, this scene uses two camera angles synced together at the same time which switch between each other at the right moments. A webcam films from a still front view while Primal Instinks films from a side view. Plenty of entertaining banter is included throughout the duration of the video. T-Wrex is sitting shirtless in a comfy chair and a comedic introduction is given where Wrex notes he's ready to endure the contest for a long time but isn't going to die trying. Wrex places his arms behind his back and Tuna Kan Kel, who's standing behind him, uses a pair of handcuffs to secure his wrists together behind him so he can't use his arms. Kel places a transparent plastic bag over Wrex's head and holds it tightly behind his neck and the timer begins of how long Wrex can comfortably survive this daredevil situation. T-Wrex utilizes a method of staying as still and calm as possible as a means of getting the record for surviving the longest out of all three friends who had attempted the contest that day. He takes slow, deep breaths, even closing his eyes at times to try to ease his mind and keep it off of what's happening to him. As time goes on, the bag on Wrex's head gets more and more moist until you eventually can't even see his face through it anymore. Around this time, Wrex reaches the point where he's stomping his feet, turning his head, and trying his hardest to breathe through the bag, which ends up being completely depleted of oxygen and replaced with carbon dioxide. After five minutes and twenty seconds, Wrex finally verbally gives up -- but just as was the case when he bagged Kel, Kel also waits until he counts down from ten to zero before removing the bag from Wrex's head. This puts Wrex's time in the bag at an impressive five in a half minutes, making him the victor of who survived the longest out of the three friends. Length: 7:00 |

* "Solar-Powered Sagger" (feat. T-Wrex) - A wrestling match between two opponents wearing sagging, oversized shorts has broken out in and around T-Wrex's backyard pool. When the lighter of the two fighters appears to be losing, the emergence of the sun gives him additional strength and this helps him to win the match.
Primal Instinks is holding Wrex's head underwater from outside of the pool for a while. After this drowning attack, Primal lifts Wrex up and throws him into the pool from outside of it. As Primal laughs at what he did, Wrex quickly exits the pool, sneaks up behind him, and presses his face into the water like he just finished doing to him. After this, Wrex throws Primal into the pool then jumps in from the side after him. The wrestling match takes place in the pool for a while with both fighters grappling each other, dunking each other under, and applying choke-holds above the water. At one point while Wrex is underwater, Primal jumps out of the pool then grabs Wrex's head from the side of it. After applying a choke-hold to Wrex while his body is halfway-hanging out of the pool, Primal, who weighs 30 pounds less than Wrex, grabs him by the legs and throws his entire body out of the pool and onto the ground beside it. The wrestling match has now moved to the grass just outside of the pool. The two opponents apply numerous wrestling moves to each other including a clothesline and a Boston crab by Primal, and a wheelbarrow and rear naked choke by Wrex. At one point, Primal picks up a long piece of plastic pool hose and uses it as a weapon to strike Wrex. When the match begins to look one-sided with Wrex, the heavier of the two, looking like he's going to end up winning, a sudden twist of fate occurs. The sun emerges from the clouds overhead, casting a bright light over the two opponents. Primal, feeling the warm solar rays, flexes his muscles, feeling extra power surge through him. Primal grabs Wrex by the throat then pulls him into a standing rear naked choke-hold. Wrex struggles to free himself from the choke-hold in front of the camera but is unable to escape. After a while he goes limp as if he fainted, and Primal throws his body onto the ground, where he lands on his back. Primal places one of his feet on Wrex's lifeless body triumphantly then walks off camera with a laugh. The scene ends with the camera slowly panning over Wrex's motionless body from head to toe, his baggy shorts hanging far off his waist. Length: 6:48 |

* "Stomp, Paper, Scissors Couch Foot Bully" (feat. T-Wrex) - This episode of the Couch Foot Bully series stars Primal Instinks as the bully and T-Wrex as the victim who's character is too weak inside to fight back against Primal's non-stop teasing.
Primal is playing on his phone, but Wrex wants to play a game of rock, paper, scissors with him. Annoyed, Primal reluctantly plays the game with Wrex and winds up losing two times out of three. Despite this, he declares himself the winner. Wrex counters that he actually won, and this causes Primal to be a bad sport and begin bullying Wrex using his feet while he lies back on the couch. Primal rubs his feet on Wrex's face, pinches his nose, covers his mouth, and stomps at his head as a result of losing the game and not wanting to accept it. Wrex objects but doesn't have it in him to actually make it stop, and Primal repeatedly makes fun of him for it throughout the duration of the bullying. Primal escalates the situation by sitting on top of the couch and stomping on Wrex. Eventually, Primal pulls Wrex off the couch and makes him sit on the floor in front of it then continues picking on him from the couch using this new vantage point. At one point he comically uses his feet to read Wrex's head as if it were a crystal ball. Finally, Primal pushes Wrex over so he's now lying on his back on the floor and continues bullying him while seated on the couch. After a while, he sits on Wrex's body and holds his arms down while constantly stepping on his face. Defeated, Wrex winds up going limp after a while with his eyes closed and Primal decides to stand up and give him one final stomp to the face to finish the job before walking off camera, leaving Wrex lying motionless on the floor. * "Tuna Kan Kel Stinkfoot Bully" (feat. T-Wrex) - Having proven himself by enduring the behind-the-scenes plastic bag contest and bagging both Primal Instinks and T-Wrex in return, Tuna Kan Kel was next nominated to star in the popular Stinkfoot Bully series, which he also excelled at. Kel played the role of a locker room bully to Primal, who plays a nerdy victim role, by making Primal smell his shoes, socks, and feet, while taunting him for liking it. T-Wrex films the scenario.
Primal is sitting on the couch minding his own business when Tuna Kan Kel approaches him like a bully, shoving him back and calling him numbnuts. As Primal groans in response, Kel tells him he needs a favor from him and Primal makes the mistake of reluctantly asking what it is. Kel asks Primal which one smells better, then pulls off one of his smelly athletic shoes and holds it under Primal's nose so he has to sniff it. Primal's face scrunches up in response to the smell, but before he can even recover, Kel pulls off one of his black socks and makes him smell it next. Primal honestly replies that they both smell bad. The bully holds his foot up to Primal's nose next, telling him to smell between his toes. Primal, not wanting to anger the bully, reluctantly complies. Kel asks Primal which one smelled the best out of the three, to which Primal hesitantly says the shoe did. He then asks if he can leave since he answered Kel's question, but being a bully, Kel instead forcefully makes Primal smell his shoe some more. He then throws his shoe at Primal, telling him he can keep it and smell it anytime he needs to think of him. Kel begins walking away, but as he turns back, he sees Primal smelling his shoe on his own. Kel walks back to Primal and apologizes for picking on him, saying the two should be friends. He tells Primal to stand up and hand him back his shoes, but as soon as Primal does, Kel tricks him by shoving him back onto the couch so that he's now lying on his back. Kel takes one of his shoes and presses the inside of it against Primal's nose as he lies on the couch, calling him names like "sniff boy" as he forces him to smell his shoes and socks some more. Kel finishes picking on Primal by stepping on him, then saying "peace out, foot boy" as he walks away. The end of the video shows T-Wrex and Tuna Kan Kel both repeatedly stepping on Primal's face and chest together as he lies on the couch helplessly until he pretends to faint. Length: 3:58 |

* "Black Sock Back Walk: Primal Instinks vs. Sloth" (feat. T-Wrex) - After Primal Instinks and T-Wrex filmed a Black Sock Back-Walk scene together, it was commissioned to see a new friend give it a shot, and Sloth was chosen for the role. This time, Primal and Sloth are giving each other back-walk massages one at a time, and along with T-Wrex, who's filming, improvising some funny dialogue throughout the duration of it.
The scene opens with Primal shaking Sloth's hand and introducing himself as a professional back-walk masseuse. For this video, Primal is wearing Sloth's green t-shirt and a dirty pair of short, black socks, and Sloth is wearing T-Wrex's light blue t-shirt and a dirty pair of Primal's long, black and red socks. Primal has Sloth lie on the ground on his belly near the wall, then Primal uses the wall as leverage as he stands on top of Sloth's back and begins slowly walking back and forth on it in a massaging manner. Sloth grunts and strains every now and then from the pressure, but he's able to endure three non-stop minutes of it, while he, Primal, and T-Wrex all playfully banter together. After the massage is complete, Primal's character decides he wants to give it a go, and he lies down on his stomach and asks Sloth to try walking on his back next. Sloth, who weighs around 30 pounds more than Primal, begins walking on Primal's back, resulting in painful, amusing groans from Primal below as he attempts to breathe with the heavy weight pressing into his back. This goes on for about a minute and a half before Primal can't take it anymore and has to tap Sloth's foot and ask him to get off his back. At T-Wrex's request, Primal rolls over onto his back, and next Sloth stands on Primal's abs with his full body weight, entertaining the popular Abs of Steel contest that is featured on the channel. Already weakened from the back-walking, Primal groans and struggles to breathe some more for about twenty seconds until Sloth slips off his abs. Primal stands up, and in character as the masseuse, declares with a laugh that he's retiring from the massage business after seeing how painful it is to be stood on, and he shakes Sloth's hand and then hugs him from behind. Sloth lifts Primal off the ground and carries him off camera, ending the scene. Length: 6:50 |
