AGE-RESTRICTED! (My Response)

Hi, how are ya? Primal here, and I know it's been a while since I'm written an update here, so let's go!

A lot of you enjoyed a recent comedy skit I filmed on YouTube titled "AGE-RESTRICTED." In that skit, which is embedded below in case you missed it, we poked fun at YouTube for unnecessarily age-restricting and demonetizing some of my content on sketchy grounds that didn't even apply to the content in the videos themselves.

Upon appealing these restrictions, some, but not all, were retracted, and clear answers or reasoning was never given to me by YouTube. YouTube also refused my request for a long-term solution to this issue, insisting on handling it on a case-by-case basis instead. After reading recent news about YouTube, we discovered that I'm certainly not alone in this situation, with popular, verified creators even speaking out against unfair treatment they've been receiving.

The question you may have on your mind at this point is likely "so what does this mean for The No Deo Hero and the future of your content?" The answer to that is simple: it will have no impact on me or my content at all, and I'm  going to continue filming the same type of quirky comedy, spectacular sports, and eccentric entertainment I've been filming with my friends for over three years that my loyal fans have grown to love. Do you enjoy simulated stompdown videos and my shoeless driving mini-series? There's going to be more of that. Do you like watching my lung-bursting breath-holding battles and competitive wrestling matches? I've got more of that coming up too, plus more of everything else I like to regularly film for all of you who regularly tune in!

I honestly try my best to keep YouTube's guidelines in mind whenever I film videos for my channel. I also realize that attempting to appease a system of mostly-automated restrictions is pointless, and at the end of the day, I'm not filming videos for YouTube staff, I'm filming them for YOU, my fans. Nothing will ever deter me from bringing my fans the fun and entertainment they've grown to love for years now!

This is why your support is now more important to me than ever! I've been receiving a lot of positive comments, fan messages, and emails after bringing this situation to light, and I truly appreciate it. Understand there's no way I could ever abandon something I've put so much time and effort into and continue to have so much fun with. I'm still 100% committed to filming custom videos behind-the-scenes for my patrons as well, and I'll continue detailing new behind-the-scenes extras on this website that are available to be viewed as a special thanks for fans who donate to me, so be sure to bookmark this website and check back often!

For the record, I'm flattered whenever my fans tell me or my friends that we're good-looking, or inform me they really enjoy some of the things I regularly upload on my channel. That's the point of YouTube, after all, to be discovered by an audience who enjoys your content, and to continue building that audience and earning their admiration and patronage. I welcome anyone to subscribe and follow my channel no matter who they are, where they're from, or what they're into! I don't judge people for any personal interests they have or any niche community they happen to be from; in fact, I welcome fans from all corners of the internet and all around the world to join me on this virtual adventure that's become such a big part of my life that I have no plans of giving up on anytime soon.

Here's my bottom line: If you're a subscriber who enjoys my quirky sense of humor, that means so much to me! If you're a gay fan who finds me to be attractive, I'm flattered to hear that! If you're someone who's impressed by my breath-holding talent and wants to meet me and see it done in person, I love hearing that! If you like the lore of me being barefoot all the time in my videos, regardless of whether you relate to my natural outlook on life or you're a person who admires the aesthetic of seeing people barefoot, I'm happy to have you as my fan! I appreciate being appreciated, and nothing will ever change that!
